Once you are able to pay attention to your train of thoughts, and acknowledge that there is a lot of negativity in it, and that you WANT a change, you can then focus on the change. Your thoughts are so powerful that you become what you think. You cannot afford to be a lower version of who God created you to be. Talk to God about renewing your mind and your thoughts. Don't allow past hurts or experiences affect how you see life or think about it, ask The Almighty to help you see things from His lenses. Don't be so used to disappointment that you even expect you to disappoint yourself. Expect that which is good in people. Expect good things to happen to you, after all, God promised that things will work together for your good, so even in the bleakest of moment, never lose hop...
