DON’T QUIT

constantly rejoicing in hope [because of our confidence in Christ], steadfast and patient in distress, devoted to prayer [continually seeking wisdom, guidance, and strength],

Be hopeful and rejoice in the great things to come for it is with Joy that we draw out of the well of salvation.
Don't quit in hard times, be patient for it will pass, there will always be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Pray without ceasing. Why worry when you can pray. When in doubt, pray (praise) some more.
