Hagar was pregnant for a man who didn't love her, she started mistreating her mistress, she couldn't handle the retaliation, and ran away.
Humanly speaking, some would have argued she deserved it, since she was naughty first.
Yet, God saw her, took interest in her, comforted her, and made promises to her, a foreigner (not from the chosen nation), a mere servant.

El-Roi sees you, He knows what you are going through. He is not just a silent observer, He is an active solution provider.
It matters not if you started wrong, or even if you deserve what you are going through from man's point of view, an encounter with God will change your situation. 

He is too faithful to fail you, too merciful to leave you, too loving to reject you.
El-Roi sees!! Go to Him.
