Once you are able to pay attention to your train of thoughts, and acknowledge that there is a lot of negativity in it, and that you WANT a change, you can then focus on the change. Your thoughts are so powerful that you become what you think. You cannot afford to be a lower version of who God created you to be. Talk to God about renewing your mind and your thoughts.
