Holy Spirit Helps

In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words.
ROMANS 8:26 AMP

When you feel like you have a long list on what to ask God in prayers, let The Spirit lead.
When you don't know the words to say, let The Spirit lead. 
The Spirit knows the mind of the Father, hence He knows what to pray per time.

Holy Spirit magnifies your strength, and He strengthens your weakness. 
Let Him lead.
