Kindness and generosity to others is the ultimate kind of "fast" God wants from you. God wants you to look beyond your own situation and show love to others. He wants you to look beyond your circumstances and help others, and before you know it, your challenges will fade away, for He will raise someone else to help you. God wants you to make a difference where it counts. Don't block other people's blessings because you are waiting for yours, as long as it's in your power to help, help!


When you are generous, and you give yourself to those in need, your life will glow in darkness, God's glory will shine on you, and your shadowed life will be bathed in sunlight.
