Fiercely Loved

  Let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful [to His word]; Hebrews 10:23 AMP Year in, year out, people start the year with so much hope and promises to look forward to; but as the year winds down, they start doubting and losing hope, they start wondering if they heard God clearly, or worse, if He changed His mind.  God never changes His mind, I remember when I asked Him that question a while back, He said, I am not a man, just wait and see. I felt as though I insulted Him and limited Him. Are you wondering if God changed His mind about the results you didn't get these past years, and it's now affecting your belief for all the promises made this year, I urge you to hold tightly to hope. Keep a firm grip on God's promises, know that God keeps His Words and He is more than able to do every single one of them. He is faithful to His Word, He never disappoints.   “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! Deuteronomy 30:19 NLT It is said that how you live your life determines where you spend eternity. Let me add that how you spend this life, determines how your journey on earth will be. There are two options only, with God (life), or without God (death).  Choose God always.  Make good godly choices in life. Let go of bad habits and ungodly communication.  Be sensitive to the things of The Spirit, and apply God's wisdom in all that you do. Let The Spirit of Truth lead you, and be obedient to His divine direction. Envy not the never lasting riches of the wicked. Be diligent in all that you do, and watch God bless you.   Choose God (Life) so that you not only live eternally, but you also live a victorious life on earth. #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  ....... Remember this in my favor, O my God. Nehemiah 13:31 NLT Nehemiah found favour in the sight of the king, and he used that opportunity to help fix Jerusalem for the Jews. All these were documented in the book of Nehemiah, but for some reason, he chose the last chapter to list out some things he did, and asked God to remember these thing in his favour. I found it difficult when God told me to remind Him of my good deeds, It was something I really struggled with, I felt how could I be boastful to God, after all, I was able to do all those things by His Grace. God knows all what you did and He doesn't need you to remind Him, but He wants you to remind Him, so you can remind yourself. He wants you to remember, so you can anticipate and rejoice at the great rewards coming your way. The Bible says it is wickedness to not pay a worker his wages. We do not serve a wicked God, He will surely remember you for good and reward all the good you have done for His kingdom and for others. 

  But when the truth-giving Spirit comes, he will unveil the reality of every truth within you. He won’t speak on his own, but only what he hears from the Father, and he will reveal  prophetically  to you what is to come. John 16:13 TPT The Holy Spirit is The Spirit of Truth, He guides you into knowing the full truth of the things of God. He reveals God's Word to you, and He tells you the mind of The Father. He reveals the secret things to you, He tells you things to come in the future, and He guides you into the spectacular life God has planned for you.   The Holy Spirit is God's gift to guide you while you walk on the face of the earth, to make the journey easier. How easy your journey is depends on how much freedom you allow The Holy Spirit have in your life. Let The Spirit of Truth guide you in all things. #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  In the night my soul longs for You [O Lord ], Indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; For [only] when Your judgments are experienced on the earth Will the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. Isaiah 26:9 AMP Do away with all the distractions of this world and let your focus be wholly on God. Do not allow the cares and worries of this world drown out the voice of God. Don't make God your secondary focus, make Him your ultimate focus; He said that you should seek Him first, then all the things you are chasing after will become yours.  Walking with God trumps working for God, so don't replace religious activities as your walk with God. Yearn for Him in the night time, earnestly seek Him at dawn. Let nothing distract or pull you away from your personal fellowship with God. You have not yet harvested your grain, and your grapevines, fig trees, pomegranates, and olive trees have not yet produced their crops. The Lord will bless the work of your hands. May your barns be filled and your store houses be plentiful.  May God bring to fulfillment all promises made. May God make your way purposeful and prosperous.  May you stand firm in the goodness and love of God.  May God give your a hearing ear, an obedient heart, and a mind full of wisdom to know the next step to take.   You can pass through his open gates with the password of praise. Come right into his presence with thanksgiving. Come bring your thank offering to him and affectionately bless his beautiful name! Psalms 100:4 TPT I like how The Message Bible and The Passion Translation explained this verse. The password to entering God's gates is "Thank You".  How many times do you genuinely enter His presence with heartfelt gratitude?  How often do you focus on all God has done, and not what you are still expecting Him to do? Do you really count your blessings, or you are busy counting what you don't have? Are you genuinely grateful for all the (not so) "little" things. Nobody likes a complainer, so of course, God doesn't appreciate it when all you do is complain and focus only on the negative, barely rejoicing at the positives.   For every persistent one will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he longs for. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door. Matthew 7:8 TPT The acronym P.U.S.H (pray until something happens) is something we are conversant with, but how well do we live by this. We have no problem praying, but we want things done within our own time frame, forgetting that God is not bound by human's time. When things don't happen when we expect, instead of praying some more, we start striving on our own, living on our own strength till we get frustrated and burn out. You don't need to go through life alone, cast all your burdens unto God, and He will give you rest.  Be persistent in prayer, be sincere in loving and serving Him, never stop seeking His Will for you, and be patient for the manifestation of it all. You give it your all and fight to win, not because you want to be known as a winner, but because you don't want your loved ones in bondage. God is always there for us whenever we go through challenges. He brings the right people our way to help us through them. When we follow His leading, He brings us out of those challenges victoriously.  Our victory is not just a testimony of God's faithfulness, it's also an avenue to show others the way.   But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. 1 John 4:4 NLT You need to see yourself as God sees you, A Victor! He does not see you as someone that will be victorious, or as someone that may succeed, or as someone that will live life just by getting by. He sees you as a victor because He won the battle for you a long time ago. Now, the devil knows that "that victory" is undisputed, and he can't fight God for it. But he can fight you by making sure you don't enjoy that victory, he can make you feel less than God made you to be, and his weapon is to fill you with lies. You are not your circumstances,  you are not your situation, you are not what you are going through, everything is just a phase, and victory is already yours, so, never accept defeat.  You are a victor in God, so attack each phase with that truth.   Take advantage of every opportunity to be a blessing to others, especially to our brothers and sisters in the family of faith! Galatians 6:10 TPT When we talk about being a  blessing to others, we tend to think in terms of money, food, clothing or physical gifts alone. But, being a blessing could be you blessing others by how you live your life; living such an impact full life that people see something valuable to emulate.  It could be you reaching out to someone, encouraging them at their lowest to uplift their spirit. It could be you just lending someone a listening ear, praying with someone, or standing in gap for them in your closet. It could be sharing a certain knowledge you possess with others, to better them. God has called you to be a blessing to others, so be intentional about it. Build others up in faith, be sincerely available to help people out, not for an ovation, but because it's The Father's Will. The world is in need of so much kindness, remember to be kind a

  A cheerful disposition is good for your health; gloom and doom leave you bone-tired. Proverbs 17:22 MSG It is a long held belief that it takes more muscle to frown than to smile. When you are not in a  cheerful mood, seeing something funny can uplift your mood, even if for a short while.   It is said that happiness is free, that is, it doesn't cost a thing. Which is why you should not link your happiness to a person or thing. Of course, you would be elated when things work out fine as you hoped, but learn to be cheerful when things are not fine too.  Praising God in the hallway while waiting for open doors include being happy in the little things. It includes being happy for the hallway, being happy that you even have doors to look forward to. Create your own happiness in God first, then you can find added happiness in people and other things. #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  For I have given rest to the weary and joy to the sorrowing.” Jeremiah 31:25 NLT It's okay to need rest from the hustle and bustle of life. It's okay to just want to take a break from everything: from work, from hanging out with friends, even from the church activities. It doesn't mean you are lazy, or necessarily antisocial, nor does it mean you are a sinner. It simply means you are in need of rest, and God is telling you to take some rest today. Take a break from worrying too, everything will turn out fine. Don’t spend today so worried about tomorrow that you don't even get to enjoy the present. Take that needed nap, enjoy your company, count all your blessings and intentionally free yourself from worry. Your FATHER rested, and He is encouraging you to rest when you feel the need to. Don't wait till you break down physically, mentally, or emotionally, before taking the little rest you should have taken, because at that time, the "little" would probably

  Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. Proverbs 3:5 AMP At face value, trusting God completely, seem like a very easy thing to do. But we find out most times that we trust when it's easy, we trust when it fits into our plans. We find that it is challenging to trust God when it is out of our carefully laid out plans.  At times, we find it more easy to trust God for things beyond our power, our circle, or people we know can help, but we don't even think of trusting Him for things we feel we can achieve on our own. Trusting God includes letting Him figure things out for you. It is you letting The Spirit lead you, and trusting to follow even when it seem insane. It is asking for God's opinion in everything you do, and everywhere you go. Trusting God does not give you license to be lazy, or be lackadaisical about things, rather, it involves you taking actions in response to God's directions.  When

  And don’t allow yourselves to be weary or disheartened in planting good seeds, for the season of reaping the wonderful harvest you’ve planted is coming! Galatians 6:9 TPT Do not get discouraged of doing what is good. Rely on The Holy Spirit, persevere, and remain steadfast. Humanly speaking, you are moved by circumstances, environment, etc., but The Holy Spirit is not moved by any of those things, He is forever constant; who best to rely on, than Him. Be relentless in prayer, unwavering in faith, and diligent in obedience.   Stand firm on God's Word, and allow The Holy Spirit lead you through it all, for you will surely reap a great harvest.   Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. 2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT God's Grace is more than enough for you. That means that regardless of your situation, your circumstances, or your physical reality, in any phase of your life, God's love, mercy and favour, are always available to get you through that phase. When you feel you are at your lowest and weakest, and you feel all hope is lost, God's power shows up and strengthens you. His power completes His good work in you when you allow Him to express Himself through you. Instead of focusing on your limitation, focus on God's Grace and Power. Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep. Romans 12:15 NLT It's easy to be happy for others when things are going well for you. But staying happy and GENUINELY rejoicing with others when things are not going smooth for you is key. A friend believes that when things are going well for those close to her, it means God is in her neighbourhood and the blessing will soon get to her. What a refreshing way to think about it all. Instead of asking "God, when, or why not me?", why not thank God for what He did for others and praise Him ahead for yours. Until you are able to stay genuinely happy for other people's blessings, you may not get yours. Be happy for those who are happy, even when things are not going the way you expect, for soon, it will be your turn to rejoice. #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  Where there is no vision [no revelation of God and His word], the people are unrestrained; But happy and blessed is he who keeps the law [of God]. Proverbs 29:18 AMP When you do not accept divine guidance, you run aimlessly. When you are not clear about your vision, and you do it all by yourself, you could wander astray.  When you are not privy to all what God is doing, and you live in doubts of what He is capable of, you are stuck in limbo.  But when you are sensitive to His leading, and you pay attention to His revelations, you live with immense peace, hope and happiness.  Even when things don't look good, just because you are intuned to what God is doing, divine bliss fills you. You are joyful even when you don't see result, because you know that result is on the way. Why live life alone, and struggle through it; when you can follow the guidance of The ONE with the blueprint. Live according to the revelation of God's Word. #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you. John 14:26 NLT God is so generous to us that He sent His son for our redemption. When that mission got accomplished, He didn't want us to live without Him, so He sent us The Holy Spirit - our advocate. God has taken all these measures to dwell with you, so you need to be intentional about remaining in His presence.  The Holy Spirit is the presence of God in you, make Him feel at home in you. Converse with Him, build a relationship, don't wait till you are in need or in trouble before you start asking for help. He is not just your helper, He is a friend, a teacher, and a confidant too.   God is my strong fortress, and he makes my way perfect. 2 Samuel 22:33 NLT God is your protector, your shield and victory.  He is your strength and great help. He widens your path so you won't slip, He sets you high on the mountain top. He is the only one who makes your way perfect. He makes you stand strong as a deer, He enables you to stand on mountain heights. He trains your hands and strengthens your arm.  Give your all to Him and He will lead you to a perfect end. #FiercelyLoved❣

Every good and perfect gift is from The Father above. He is The Creator and Sustainer of the heavens, hence, He's got so much to give. You were ransomed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Have confidence in the sufficiency of Christ, draw near to The Father with faith, in prayer and in praise. Be encouraged, hold on to your faith in the face of persecution. Be confident and courageous in living out your faith for all to see. By the virtue of the finished work of Christ, you are unjudged, accepted and fiercely loved by Yahweh.   Hence, go The Throne boldly, and wit

  My help comes from the Lord , who made heaven and earth! Psalms 121:2 NLT It's easy to look to people who you can physically see for help. It's even normal to evaluate your list and see who can help you in a particular situation.  Of course, God won't come down from heaven to help you, He would use people.  But still, He is The Source and people are channels; hence, instead of looking to the channels, look to The Source, and let Him choose the channel He wants to use. An efficient channel can disappoint you at anytime, but God will never disappoint. He won’t let you be put to shame. He will not sleep nor slumber concerning your life. Your Source will forever guide and guard you, He will protect and shield you from every evil.   He ensures your success. Look to The Source for help. #FiercelyLoved❣️

I took my troubles to the Lord ; I cried out to him, and he answered my prayer. Psalms 120:1 NLT No matter what you are going through, know that you can always go to God.  No matter who or what you are faced with, just take it to The Lord. In Him you would find solace, and deliverance. He would always answer you, so never stop calling to him. Take your troubles to The Father, and watch him take care of you. #FiercelyLoved❣️

  And I will give them one heart [a new heart], and put a new spirit within them. I will take from them the heart of stone, and will give them a heart of flesh [that is responsive to My touch], Ezekiel 11:19 AMP The Bible says the heart of man is desperately wicked; when we are ruled by the flesh, we tend towards this wickedness. But, The New Covenant we have in Christ renews our hearts and reforms us. It changes us from the inside out.  In Christ alone, the cold, hard, impenetrable heart of the unrepentant man is renewed, and replaced with a clean heart in which the Holy Spirit dwells. This is why we cannot trust on our own strength to be Holy or righteous, we will only strive fruitlessly. But when we allow God work in us, and through us, we are changed and reformed for good. Allow God reform and renew your mind. Also, take time out to pray for someone who needs a renewal.  #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. Hebrews 4:16 NLT We do not serve a God that is clueless about our reality. He is not unaware of our circumstances, in fact, He goes through every thing with us. He bears our pain, and rejoices with us. He is very much aware of all that we go through. Jesus has given you the privilege to approach God boldly.  Hence, go freely to The Father, He will shower you with love and mercy. He will give you the grace and strength to carry on. Go to Him without fear or consciousness of sin, His love covers all. His amazing grace makes help available. Go boldly to The Throne. #FiercelyLoved❣️

  The threshing floors will again be piled high with grain, and the presses will overflow with new wine and olive oil. The Lord says, “I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts..... Joel 2:24 - 25 NLT The Lord will satisfy your every need. You shall flourish and be fruitful.  May you never experience dryness in any area of your life. You will enjoy rain and dwell in abundance.  May The Holy Spirit refresh and nourish your soul. May God restore to you all that you have lost. Things will turnaround for your good. May God cause all things to work in your favour. May you be a blessing to others. You will always have a course to praise God and glorify His Name. May things of joy never cease in your life. May the opportunities you wasted in ignorance be restored unto you.  May God grant you the grace to be faithful in service to Him, and the grace to stop striving in the flesh. May The Holy Spirit dwell in you and work through you. May He refine and renew you. May God restore divine peace and extraordinary joy to you.   This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed. Habakkuk 2:3 NLT Waiting is sometimes the most difficult thing to do. When plans are made or when God makes you a promise, you automatically put a timeline to it. When things don't happen within that timeline, it becomes more tasking to wait. You start to doubt if you heard God correctly, if it was all in your head, or maybe God changed His mind. At times, you even buy into the devil's lie that it's because of something bad you did that the promise is no longer forthcoming.  God is reminding you today to "Wait".  All what He has said concerning you will be fulfilled, because He is not a man that he should lie, neither does He change His mind.   Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6 NLT It is natural to worry when things are not going well or as planned.  But instead of worrying, choose prayer.  Talk to your Father in heaven above. Tell Him every detail of what is making you worry, and then trust Him to bring about a change.  Don’t be worried about a thing. Rather, be saturated in prayer, be thankful for all God has done, and offer your faith-filled requests unto Him. Then, watch Him respond with divine peace and supernatural solutions. Never stop praying, but most importantly, never stop trusting God. #FiercelyLoved ❣️

  For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]. 2 Timothy 1:7 AMP Father, we ask that you replace  fear and distress, with power, love, and a sound mind.  Give us a clear mind and help us to make wise decisions.  Help us to respond to fear with power, and in a way that honors Your Name,  Doubt of your power and authority shall not exist in our minds, rather we choose to trust and fill our hearts with more of You. Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your indwelling Holy Spirit. Fill us with Your Word and help us to hide our life in Christ Jesus. May we not live in fear, may we stand firm in our faith in Christ Jesus. May we enjoy the victory we have in Your Holy Name. Thank You for your sweet Spirit of power, love, and of a sound mind.   “But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long  months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
