Focus On Yourself!

Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else.

Galatians 6:4 NLT


A lot of the dissatisfaction you get comes from comparison. When you put in the work, even when you don't see the result, you believe that God, the rewarder of those who diligently do good will surely repay your goodness and cause your hard work to pay off and make you prosper. However, once you start using another person's result to judge your result or lack of it, you start comparing your life to their's, you start dwelling on how much work you even put in than they do. Then you start getting dissatisfied with your life, you start doubting if God will deliver on promises made.


Comparison leaves you frustrated and God doesn't want you frustrated. Comparison limits God's plan for your life, and He has got wonderful plans for you (Jeremiah 29:11). 

God's plan for you is greater than you could ever fathom. Focus on His plans for you, work towards it, and trust Him to bring mind blowing results your way.
